No. Our UGC packages are available to any brand, regardless of whether Social Lane manages your social media or not.

Generally speaking, we say anywhere between 1-3 weeks after the creator has received their product.

Upon inquiring you will be offered a tailored proposal, our UGC packages start at $375.00 incl GST. Brands will also need to consider products, shipping, services, and depending on your goals, creator payments.

Yes, you own the content in conjunction with Social Lane and in accordance with the video and photo release signed by the creator.

Social Lane has a database of creators who specialise in content creation across various categories. Based on your business goals, your industry and your audience, Social Lane will select the creators best suited to your brand.

Depending on your selected UGC package. For example, if you want a monthly retainer, you can select to send Social Lane all necessary products to which we will organise to send to creators. Alternatively, if this is a once-off package, it is required for you to send the product to the creators.

Social Lane Studio will provide you with your final content via DropBox or WeTransfer. This content must be downloaded/saved within 48 hours of receiving it.

Any creators who do not provide the promised content will be will no longer be eligible for content creation opportunities.

You may either submit your content via WeTransfer, DropBox or through direct upload to your social media account (tagging @sociallanestudio and the brand)

Social Lane are delighted to offer contra and paid opportunities to creators. If you are only interested in paid opportunities, please be sure to advise us of this in your application.

Creators looking for paid opportunities will need an ABN - for invoicing and tax purposes.

A brief will be provided to you upon Social Lane sharing the opportunity with you, at this point the deliverables will be outlined and you may determine whether or not that specific content creation opportunity is right for you.

Yes. This will be specified in the brief, prior to sending the product out to you.

The type of content will depend on the client and our goals for each specific UGC campaign. The content we’re on the lookout for are before and afters, product reviews, flat lays, shelfies, selfies, Tik Tok trends, unboxing videos, product demonstrations, lifestyle shots, editorial style images, recipe creation, informational and vlog style reels.
